This document sets out how personal information is handled in connection with drazqelo.com, under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

Who is answerable for this?

Owen Fitzgerald runs this site from Canada and is the individual answerable for what is described below. Privacy questions go to [email protected] and nowhere else.

Does the site ask me for anything?

Not one page carries a field you can type into. No account, no subscription, no comment box, no contact form. Reading here does not identify you and there is no mechanism on this site capable of identifying you.

What does the server keep?

Standard access logs: an IP address, a browser identification string, the time of the request and the path requested. Their purpose is keeping the site available and tracing faults or abuse. They are not joined to anything else.

What happens if I write?

Writing to the address above puts your address and your message in a mailbox. It is used to answer you and for nothing else, and it exists only because you started the exchange.

How long is any of it kept?

Logs live for the hosting provider's window, at most six months. Correspondence is destroyed when the matter closes and, failing that, within twelve months of the last message.

Is anything measured or passed on?

There is no analytics tool on this site, no advertising pixel and no third-party script or font. Every asset is served from this domain. Nothing is sold, rented or exchanged. The host writes and erases those entries as our service provider, bound by contract to use them for nothing else.

Will I be sent marketing?

None are sent, so no consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation is collected or held. If a message arrives from us it is an answer to one of yours.

What changes once I follow a store link?

You arrive at Google Play, governed by Google's own privacy practices. Nothing about that visit comes back to us.

What can I require, and who do I complain to?

Ask what is held, ask for correction, ask for deletion — by email, answered within thirty days. If our answer does not resolve it, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada takes complaints, and residents of Quebec may also approach the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
